approves new energy schols

Cabinet
has approved a total of 28 scholarships to be
offered in fields relating to energy and energy
industries.
Energy Minister Conrad Enill ,speaking at the
post-Cabinet news conference at Whitehall on Thursday,
said these scholarships will be based on contractual
arrangements between the Government and companies
in the oil and gas sector.
Enill said the scholarships will be financed from
funds available under terms and conditions of production
sharing contracts between companies in the oil
and gas sector and the Government.
