Trevor Boopsingh, one of Trinidad and Tobago’s pioneering energy sector experts, has died.
Boopsingh died at around 7 p.m. last night at Medical Associates, St Joseph, following a battle with cancer for several months.
He had been ailing for some time and sought medical attention overseas in November, the Express was told last night.
Speaking to the Express last night, oil and gas expert Gregory McGuire described Boopsingh’s death as a ’great loss’ to the country’s development.
